Upon confirmation of the booking, payment of a deposit or the entire amount is required based on cancellation penalties, payments are non-refundable

The guest undertakes to leave the accommodations in the same state in which they were found on arrival, taking care of them and maintaining a respectful behavior for the entire duration of the stay. Upon arrival, a cash payment will be required as a security deposit. In case of damage, part of the deposit or the entire deposit, paid to the structure, will be retained by the owner or by the legal representative by way of reimbursement. In the event that the damage is greater than the deposit paid, the structure has the right to request the difference to cover the damage.

The price includes first supply of bathroom and bed linen, water, electricity and gas consumption.
